Isaiah 49:6-8

6he says:
“It is too light a thing that you should be my servant
to raise up the tribes of Jacob
and to bring back the preserved of Israel;
aI will make you bas a light for the nations,
that cmy salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
7 Thus says the Lord,
dthe Redeemer of Israel and his Holy One,
eto one deeply despised, abhorred by the nation,
the servant of rulers:
fKings shall see and arise;
princes, and they shall prostrate themselves;
because of the Lord, who is faithful,
the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”

The Restoration of Israel

8 Thus says the Lord:
g“In a htime of favor I have answered you;
in a day of salvation I have helped you;
I will keep you iand give you
as a covenant to the people,
to establish the land,
jto apportion the desolate heritages,

Isaiah 58:12

12 kAnd your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt;
you shall raise up the foundations of many generations;
you shall be called the repairer of the breach,
the restorer of streets to dwell in.

Ezekiel 36:23-26

23 lAnd I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. mAnd the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. 24 nI will take you ofrom the nations and gather you from all the countries and pbring you into your own land. 25 qI will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from rall your uncleannesses, and sfrom all your idols tI will cleanse you. 26And I will give you ua new heart, and va new spirit I will put within you. wAnd I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

Ezekiel 36:33-36

33Thus says the Lord God: On the day that xI cleanse you from all your iniquities, yI will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. 34And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. 35And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like zthe garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ 36Then aathe nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the Lord; I have rebuilt the ruined places and abreplanted that which was desolate. acI am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.

Amos 9:14-15

14 adI will restore the fortunes of my people Israel,
and aethey shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them;
afthey shall plant vineyards and drink their wine,
and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
15 agI will plant them on their land,
ahand they shall never again be uprooted
out of the land aithat I have given them,”

says the Lord your God.
